On 1 April 2015, the U.S. Administration published the New Executive Order “Blocking the Property of Certain Persons Engaging in Significant Malicious Cyber-Enabled Activities”.     This work is a brief reflection on the ‘ambiguous nature of harms in Cyberspace’.
